Plot
Detective Galban (Keanu Reeves) investigates the murder of his friend and partner, Detective Cullen. On the hunt for killers of his colleague, Galban starts to suspect that Cullen was involve in drug dealing and police corruption. As Galban investigates, people who knew Cullen are conveniently found dead. Cullen's wife (Mira Sorvino) and his Lieutenant (Christopher McDonald), try to persuade Detective Galban to stop investigate, fearing his findings something dangerous. On the other hand, Isabel, young Latino girl, has recently live something out of this world and she starts to feel past strange events with she has to deal.
