Since his appearance in H&M's advertising campaign in 2016 with Kevin Hart, we knew that David Beckham would make a return to acting sooner or later. In fact, back in 2015, the former Manchester United and England legend admitted on social media that he would like to become a professional actor after retiring from football, however he is aware of the work and discipline required for the profession.

Maybe 2017 could be his lucky year to kickstart his acting career as he has been given a role in Guy Ritchie's film King Arthur: The Legend. However, we won't be seeing the Becks that we have grown to love on and off the football pitch, instead he will be transformed into a gruesome looking character after he revealed a photo on social media platform Instagram.

Beckham, who has a made a name for himself as one of the biggest celebrities out there, shared the photo on Instagram where we can see he is sporting a horrific looking scar which travels across the side of his face from his mouth up to his forehead and around by his ear. We can also wave bye bye to his glistening white smile, as it seems like he has swapped it for a set of lovely rotten gnashers.

We aren't too aware, as of yet, what kind of role Becks will have within the story, however we hope he has a bit more screen time than he did in the 2015 film 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E.', where he only appeared for about five minutes playing a projectionist who reveals the mission for the main characters in the film.
