After a period of absence in 'Avengers: Infinity War', Anthony Russo and Joe Russo have confirmed that Hawkeye will be appearing in the next film in this franchise. Since that announcement, Jeremy Renner has been causing a great deal of excitement among his fans via social media. However, after his last photo was uploaded to Instagram, fans are now fearing the worst.

With an emaciated look and an apparent injury, Renner posed for a selfie, reminding fans Hawkeye was back in action. However, despite the exciting news of his return, bearing in mind the train-wreck disaster that the most recent film turned out to be for his fellow Avengers, this photo suggesting injury has fans fearing the worst for his character.

 Hawkeye

'Avengers 4' will be a story filled with the greatest heroes and, above all, the greatest sacrifices. And although the bets are on Iron Man and Captain America being the ones to fight their last battle in the war against Thanos, everything points to the fact that Hawkeye, too, could end up as one of the fallen heroes, especially as he has no special powers.

Shuri ¿the heroine of 'Avengers 4'?

On the other hand, another theory points that Shuri could be making her way to the Ancestral Plain shown in 'Black Panther' in order to find T'Challa, who disappeared after Thanos' famous snap of the fingers. Seeing that she won't be able to find him there (as he isn't really dead), theory has it that the heiress of Wakanda will reunite with the Avengers in order to give them hope and to investigate the fate of the seemingly fallen, preparing a rescue plan. It is a rather long-winded theory, however it fits perfectly with the films most recent reshoots, which were set in Wakanda.
