With only a day left until Halloween the pressure is on to find the perfect costume. While the rest of us mortals will be recycling last year's costume or making a last minute trip to the nearest shop and grabbing the cheapest, easiest costume possible, in the celebrity world, however, Halloween costumes are in a whole other league entirely. Instead of just throwing on a pointy hat and pretending to be a witch, every year celebrities stun us with their elaborate outfits.
1. Harry Styles
It is an anual trend for celebrities to dress up as their friends and poke light fun other celebrities, and in Harry Style's case it seems to have gone down very well! His Elton John costume, complete with glitter jumpsuit and glasses, is so fabulous that it might be hard to top next year.
Cindy Crawford and her celebrity family followed suit in dressing as other pop stars from the 80s. Daughter, Kaia Gerba, can be seen dressed as 80s rockstar, Joan Jett, while Crawford's husband, Rande Gerber, is dressed as David Bowie. Crawford herself is dressed as fellow pop star, Debbie Harry (Blondie), and her son, Presley Gerber, seems to have gone for a generic punk singer...
3. Danna Paola
The Mexican actress and star of the latest Netflix sensation, 'Elite', went for a gender-swapped 'Harry Potter' costume, dressed as the protagonist wizard from this magical franchise.
4. The cast of 'Black-ish'
The cast of this popular American comedy achieved a legendary group costume, dressing as the protagonists from Marvel's 'Black Panther'. Pictured from left to right is Marcus Scribner as Killmonger, Tracee Ellis Ross as Nakia, and Anthony Anderson as T'Challa in his royal robes.
5. Joey King
Like Danna Paola, 'The Kissing Booth' actress, Joey King, also channelled her inner 'Harry Potter' soul and achieved a scarily accurate Voldemort costume...

6. Joey Fatone and Izabel Araujo
NSYNC singer, Fatone, and Izabel Araujo remained faithful to the spooky origins of Halloween, dressing as the twins from 'The Shining'. Perhaps the wig should be a permanent accessory?
7. Halsey
North American singer, Halsey, took a trip to 'Gotham' with her incredible Poison Ivy costume. Somehow she still looks incredible when painted green!
8. John Legend
For the adorable-factor, John Legend undoubtedly wins Halloween this year. Dressed as Prince Charming with his daughter as the Princess, this adorable costume could melt the heart of any demon.
9. G-Eazy
The North American rapper joined Halsey in finding inspiration from DC Comics; with a Harvey Dent/Two-Face costume, does this count as wearing two costumes at the same time?

This actress really got into the spooky spirit with creative makeup and body paint for her imaginative Ouija Board costume.
11. Joe Jonas
Not all of us take Halloween quite so seriously... but Joe Jonas still achieved arguably the best costume this year, dressing as girlfriend Sophie Turner's 'Game of Thrones' character, Sansa Stark. It doesn't get much better than this!
