Reese Witherspoon's daughter is a carbon copy of the actress herself

Social media users are prone to react to the tiniest of details, and when the reaction is strong, it usually becomes big news. The most recent example of this phenomenon came about with a tweet pointing out the similarities between Reese Witherspoon and her daughter, Ava Elizabeth Phillip.

Twitter user @harleivy posted a variety of images of the actress with her daughter, and the post ended up being shared a few thousand times over. It only takes the tiniest glance at a photo of both women to realise just how similar to the two are. Ava really is a carbon copy of her mother, so much so, that in some photos it's hard to tell who's who. Both have the same colour eyes and hair and the same facial features.

Ava Elizabeth Phillip is the daughter of Witherspoon and her first husband Ryan Phillippe. That marriage lasted from 1999 to 2007. Ava is the older sister to brothers, Deacon Reese Phillippe and Tennessee James Toth. You can see the original tweet below.

A likeness to her father

Many users have since reacted to the tweet, stating that Ava also closely resembles her father. One user even described her as the perfect mix of her parents. Taking a look at a photos of Ava and her father, it is apparent she shares some of his facial features too.
