What we saw between Kylo and Rey in 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' was powerful stuff, super powerful. The dark and light sides are like two sides of the same coin, each needing to find a balance, and with the scrap dealer from Jakku and the son of Han and Leia, they may just have found it. It turns out that the two have a lot more in common than it first appeared: two lost souls, left to their own devices to discover their places in the world. As was expected, after their similar possession of the Force, many fans began to ship Kylo and Ren, dubbing the couple 'Reylo'. In the film, there was nothing (aside from one shirtless scene), to make us consider the even the slightest possibility of a romance between the two characters. However, if you're a big believer in romance and happily ever afters, you may be in luck, because the official novel, based on Rian Johnson's film, seems to be telling a different story.

6th March marks the arrival of the novel that promises to include many deleted scenes. Scenes that are particularly difficult to bring to the big screen will receive particular attention in the novel in order to clarify anything the film may have missed. The Twitter account, Star Wars Stuff, a community made up of fans dedicated to the franchise, already has a copy of the book. The following tweet shows that 'Reylo' is a lot more real than we might've thought.

Whilst the tweet doesn't give much away, it does hint at the beginning of the galaxy's most troubled relationship. We already know Kylo thinks that together they'll be able to form a new order in a universe without Siths and Jedis, (at least not like we know them), but could something else entirely be behind his desire to join forces with Rey? They say opposites attract, do they not?

 Kylo, Rey and Luke

Luke, married?

The romance hasn't been the only shocking storyline for fans who've already got their hands on the book. The first line reads: "Luke Skywalker stood in the cooling sands of Tatooine, his wife by his side".

The film showed nothing of Luke's wife, but then again, we didn't see much of the former's life either. From the books on the extended Star Wars universe, we already learned that Luke had married a special agent named Mara Jade, however, those stories were abandoned when Disney re-booted the franchise. We'll have to wait until 6th March to find out if Luke really is married or whether it's all a dream.

Will the book manage to please fans left disappointed by Rian Johnson's film?
