The arrival of 'Daredevil' to the platform is ended with very good critical and a fervent enthusiasm from the fans. The family of 'The Defenders' began to expand is shortly after with 'Jessica Jones', the first series of the MCU starring a super heroine with powers.

Or should we rather say "anti-heroine", since Jessica Jones is not the typical pristine frontier justice, but a character that's more crude, sexual and politically incorrect, to match the tone that the series of Marvel/Netflix have been settled. By that the choice of Krysten Ritter to interpret it surprised to many, since until that time it knew above all by papers comic or pseudo-comics.

However, since the first minute of 'Jessica Jones', Ritter is made completely with series and the role. Seeing it in action, drowning their penalties in alcohol, being stroppy or making their falls of eyes, already not we can imagine to another actress in the role. Thus was how Ritter showed his worth as actress dramatic and of action, with an interpretation that is rising in intensity while is faces to the fearsome Kilgrave (David Tennant), with who has a complicated and fascinating relationship.
