My amazing Grandma

Ana Vázquez, known for her participation in series such as 'Olympo', 'Zorras', or 'El secreto de Puente Viejo', makes her big screen debut with 'Abuela Tremenda', a family comedy starring Elena Irureta in the lead role. Irureta plays Toñi, a rather atypical grandmother. With freedom as her banner and a life that seems like a hurricane, Toñi drives her daughter Daniela a little crazy, although her granddaughter Alexia loves her with all her heart. 

The relationship between grandmother and granddaughter will be one of the central themes of Ana Vázquez's film, written by Roberto Jiménez. It all starts when Daniela takes her daughter to a rural retreat and Toñi, the grandmother, shows up there with her caravan, in order to lift anyone's spirits. Of course, Toñi turns everything upside down, although she will also rearrange some more intimate and personal matters. 

Elena Irureta is joined by Toni Acosta, Carla Pastor, Santiago Alverú, Gorka Aguinagalde, Carlos Serrano, Esperanza Elipe, Ramón Ibarra in the cast, along with the children Darío Moncloa, Adrián Gámiz, and Sofía González. 

'My amazing Grandma' is produced by Feelgood Media, Kowalski Films, Atresmedia Cine, Abuela Tremenda AIE with the participation of Atresmedia and Netflix. It is distributed by Buena Vista International and will hit theaters on January 1, 2026.
