Using Movie'n'co does not require registration unless the User wishes to participate actively by posting comments or reviews. By registering, the User agrees to provide accurate and lawful information. Any password received during registration is personal and must be used in a diligent and confidential manner.
The User must notify the publisher immediately of any misuse or unauthorised access to their credentials so that they can be cancelled. Until that notice is received, the publisher is released from any liability arising from misuse by unauthorised third parties.
The publisher reserves the right to remove any comment or contribution that infringes a person's dignity or is discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, or that harms minors, public order or public safety, or is otherwise considered unsuitable for publication. In any case, the publisher is not responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums or other participation tools.
Movie'n'co does not authorise registration by, or knowingly collect personal data from, any person under 14 years of age. Users who do not meet this requirement must not provide any personal information.
2. Intellectual and industrial property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in Movie'n'co and its contents (including, by way of example and not limitation, the graphic design, source code, logos, images, text, illustrations, photographs, databases and any other elements appearing on the site), unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of the publisher or of third parties. The publisher expressly reserves all such rights.

The User agrees to respect the publisher's intellectual and industrial property rights and to refrain from removing, altering, circumventing or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the site.
The publisher occasionally relies on external sources to prepare its contents and may link to third-party articles or information, always citing the source. The legitimate copyright holder of any such information may request its removal at any time.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The publisher is not liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may arise from, by way of example, errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious software, despite having adopted all reasonable technical measures to prevent them.
4. Modifications
The publisher reserves the right to make changes to the site without prior notice, including adding, modifying or removing content and services, or the way they are presented or organised.
5. Privacy
The full details of the personal-data processing carried out, the purposes, legal bases and recipients are published in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and equivalent technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
You may exercise your data-protection rights —including access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability— by writing to [email protected] or by post to the address shown in the Contact information section.
6. Analytics and measurement
Movie'n'co uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers on the User's device to help analyse how the site is used and to produce activity reports. The information generated is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers and may be shared with third parties where required by law or where those third parties process it on Google's behalf.
In addition, the advertising platforms described in section 8 and in the Cookie Policy perform audience-measurement and attribution tasks on the site's ad inventory.
You may refuse the use of cookies by configuring your browser or through the , without that affecting your access to the rest of the content.
7. Third-party links
You may find links to other websites through embedded links or advertising banners managed by third parties. As the publisher cannot always control the content published by those third parties, it does not accept responsibility for it.
The publisher will remove without delay any link that directs to content contrary to applicable national or international law, public morals or public order, and will notify the relevant authorities where appropriate.
The publisher is not responsible for information and content stored by third parties in forums, comments, social media or any other channel that allows independent publishing. In line with articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the publisher cooperates actively with users, authorities and law-enforcement bodies in the removal or blocking of content that may infringe the law, third-party rights or public order. If you spot any such content, please report it to the site administrator as soon as possible.
The fact that such external links exist does not imply any association, dependence, merger or shared liability with the linked entities.
8. Advertising
The site may host advertising or sponsored content. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted complies with the applicable law. The publisher is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies or irregularities in advertising or sponsored content.

The User warrants that any information and content they provide to the publisher —other than their own personal data— does not infringe third-party intellectual or industrial property rights or any other legal provision. Such material is treated as non-confidential and the publisher reserves the right to use it as it considers most appropriate.
The publisher will pursue any breach of these terms and any improper use of the site through all civil and criminal actions available under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
The publisher reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and without prior notice. Amended terms take effect on publication; you are therefore advised to review this page periodically.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, which applies to the publisher as an entity established in Spain. The courts of Madrid are competent to resolve any dispute arising from these terms, the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply, without prejudice to the consumer-protection and data-protection rights that UK residents may exercise locally before the relevant authorities (see Privacy Policy).
