Bat Out of Hell: The Musical

‘'Bat Out of Hell: The Musical'’ is a musical created and directed by Jim Steinman. It is an epic rock show. The city where everything happens is called Obsidian, in a post-apocalyptic context, where a group of young rebels known on the streets as “The Lost” can be found. Due to a genetic mutation, the members of the band are eternally in their teenage phase.

In all chaos, love cannot be absent. The leader of the band, Strat, falls in love with Raven, the daughter of the tyrannical ruler named Falco. Like in classic tragic works, this contains its ring of forbidden love. Despite starting from an impossible situation, they fight for their freedom and evade control. They find ways to live despite their eternal youth and struggle against the inevitable decay of power.

In this play good and bad, order and chaos clash with songs like ‘I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That)’ or ‘Paradise by the Dashboard Light’. A fusion of theater and rock opera that promises a myriad of sensations.
