Plot
Football legend George Best portrait. It's a journey through the life of this mass idol and the dark reality that hides his past: A glory that dissipates due to temptation, depression, and alcohol addiction. Film director Daniel Gordon takes the story of this beloved but complex English character and superstar, along with the testimonies of those who were closer to this football player at his best and his worst in order to empathize with all the drama hi suffered.
From his magnificent debut with Manchester United at the age of seventeen, through his glory days after winning 1968 European Cup, linked to his scandalous romances, Gordon narrates Best's story as the footballer himself would have.
