Plot
Sigfrid Monleón, Carlos Alvarez and Imanol Uribe directed this documentary about Juan Negrin, head of government of the Second Republic between 1937 and 1945. An analysis of a deeper look at what he had to live his last years in exile, dealing grandchildren Carmen and John, from his son Romulus, one of the many victims during the Cold War. It was one of the scapegoats both his own party and the opposing side, being heavily criticized for many years and treated with disloyalty. With this documentary seeks recognition of one of the most important figures of the Silver Age of Spanish science and as a war can radically change the lives of its protagonists. Juan Negrin was a political and historical intellectual. This documentary was nominated for the Goya awards as best documentary.
