Dark Star: H.R. Giger's World

The documentary narrates Hans Rudolf "HR" Giger's life, he is a Swedish artist who was born in Coire in 1940 and died a year ago, and whose style has been adapted into CDs, movies, furniture or tattoos.

The director Belinda Sallin tells carefully and deeply about what was behind the creator of the Alien's scary creature, the job with which he won an Oscar.

H.R lived in some dark places, he got along with a very few human beings, his first wife killed herself and he made her present in his artworks...
