El entusiasmo

'El entusiasmo' relates the reconstruction of the anarchist union after forty years of Franco dictatorship. It is the story of exceeding all expectations. The CNT became the common house of all workers' struggles of the time, the place where all the struggles had a place. The delicate situation of the country made its spectacular growth not go unnoticed, at a time characterized by the change of regime and the effects of the economic crisis in the country. The documentary directed by Luis E. Herrero is also a sign of defeat.

Luis E. Herrero is a historian, filmmaker and cultural researcher from Madrid. 'Enthusiasm' is his first feature film.
