Plot
Luis Ospina is the author of this documentary about Colombian cinema. He is in charge not only of the script but also the direction and production.
'It All Started at the End' is some type of self-portrait of the "Grupo de Cali", also known as "Caliwood". It's a group of filmmakers that, in a period of rampant rumba and a tremendous historic chaos that were the 70s and the 80s, were capable of producing a whole bunch of cinematographic works that make an important part of the Colombian cinema history. In the same way, it's the clinic history of the documentary producer himself, who fell seriously ill during the making of the movie. That also makes it the story of a survivor who fought to finish his film.
