Plot
Anna Lou, a quiet 15-year-old daughter of a religious couple, disappears and never returns home on her way to church in the village of Avechot. Detective Vogel is hired to aid in the investigation of this puzzling case, a fastidious detective with questionable methods; however, amidst a full-scale media storm and half-baked leads, everyone becomes suspicious, both villagers and newcomers. Is Anna Lou's troubling disappearance a case of an adolescent tantrum only days before Christmas? Or is there a wolf in sheep's clothing, hiding in the otherwise peaceful community?
The film is directed by Donato Carrisi and it adapts 'The Girl in the Fog', his own novel. Tony Servillo, Alessio Boni and Lorenzo Richelmy star in the film.
