Abdelatif Hwidar, actor known for series like 'Buscando el norte', 'El príncipe' or 'Élite', is one of the directors of ''Maniac Tales'' and he's a winner of a Goya award for best short film for his work 'Salvador: story of a daily miracle.

Shot in Malaga

Although ''Maniac Tales'' premiered in Spain on November 16, 2018, the film was shot in 2015. It was for two weeks in the Spanish city of Malaga, Andalusia, from 9 to 23 December.
