'Nasty Baby' trivia and fun facts

Sebastián Silva was told that the film would be accepted to the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival if he changed the ending. He declined, and the film was rejected. It eventually premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival.

Filmed mostly in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Fort Greene in fall 2013. The coffee shop scenes were filmed at Smooch Cafe. All the extras were neighborhood regulars who happened to be in the shop that day.
