Out of Plastic

"Out of Plastic" is a documentary film made by the Cleanwave organization, which for years has been fighting for an alternative to plastic bottles. It shows the dark depths that plastics are reaching in the Mediterranean sea. The film is localized in the Balearic Islands, and try to offer to the viewers a moment to reflect on the profound impact of discarded plastic in our lives and in our natural environment. The film also offers sweeping landscapes and mystic ocean depths intends to demonstrate how human over consumption of single-use plastic has tipped the scales, to the detriment of nature, and ultimately ourselves.
