The Twilight Zone
Christophe Gans clarified that the work was not a direct sequel to both Silent Hill (2006) and Silent Hill: Revelación 3D (2012) and that his sensibilities had evolved since the release of the first film. He also described the series as an anthology similar to The Twilight Zone, a place where any story could be told, and intended to depict a more psychoanalytic side to the town.

Evie Templeton who plays Laura also performs the voice of Laura in the 2024 game remake Silent Hill 2 (2024).
Christophe Gans
Christophe Gans has confirmed that the monsters will be played by dancers and acrobats in prosthetic makeup like in the first Silent Hill (2006).
Pyramid Head
The design of Pyramid Head / Red Pyramid is redesigned from Silent Hill (2006) and Silent Hill: Revelación 3D (2012). This iteration has his upper body clothed with naked arms (as opposed to bare chested) and a flat surface on the front side making his appearance much closer to the game counterpart in Silent Hill 2 (2001).
