Plot
Marked forever by tragedy, a boy witnesses the brutal murder of his parents at the hands of a stranger who hides his identity under a Santa Claus disguise. The impact of that night, tinged with festive lights and unexpected violence, embeds itself in his memory like a wound that never heals. Years later, now an adult but unable to free himself from the shadows of the past, he decides to confront the trauma in the only way he believes possible: by adopting the same disguise used by the killer and embarking on an obsessive and ruthless quest for those involved in the crime that robbed him of his childhood.
As he follows the traces that have been scattered over time, his crusade transforms him into a figure as feared as the one that marked him as a child. The Christmas iconography, which once symbolized innocence and comfort, becomes a constant reminder of his mission and the stage where he unleashes his violent revenge. Every step he takes toward the truth confronts him not only with those responsible for the tragedy but also with the distortion of his own identity, shaped by pain and the need for justice.
This remake of Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984) recaptures the central premise of the horror classic and shifts it to a narrative focused on the weight of trauma, the relentless search for answers, and the way an image associated with celebration can become the mask of a past that is impossible to bury.
