The Chain

'The Chain' is a psychological thriller directed by David Martín Porras. The movie tells the story of Mike, a man who decides to end his life after finding out that he is carrying the same neurological disease as his father. In order to die, he decides to hire a company of assisted suicides. But during the process he finds out the horrifying system that this program has: to take part of it he has to commit murder first.

The script is written by the director alongside Andres Rosende. The cast is formed by John Patrick Amedori ('Dear White People', 'Gossip Girl'), Neus Asensi ('La niña de tus ojos', 'Torrente'), Ray Wise ('Twin Peaks', 'Fargo'), Madeline Zima ('Twin Peaks') and Adrienne Barbeau ('Escape from New York').
