Real story
'The fox' tells a story about two main themes: friendship and survival. But it's not fictional. It's a real story about soldier Franz Streitberger, who is the director's (Adrian Goiginger) great grandfather.
Nominations
The movie had its worldwide premiere inTallin Black Nights Film Festival and it was a blockbuster in it's country. 'The fox' got five nominations in the Austrian Film Awards. Among them, it was nominated to best movie, best direction and best main character.
