The Strangers: Chapter 2

When Maya (Madelaine Petsch) and Ryan (Froy Gutierrez) were supposed to enjoy a romantic getaway as a couple, their story turned into the cruel and twisted game of three masked individuals willing to do anything for their entertainment. Their car broke down in the middle of a small and unsettling town in Oregon, and three strangers attacked them mercilessly and without reason in the cabin in the woods where they spent the night.

But Maya survived… and her nightmare is far from over. Upon learning that she is still alive, the three strangers return to finish what they started. Already from the hospital and with nowhere to escape, and no one to trust, Maya must survive another horrific chapter of terror as the three masked individuals pursue her, ready to kill anyone who gets in their way.

Renny Harlin ('Deep Blue Sea') also directs the second installment of this saga, which has a sequel already filmed. The cast includes Richard Brake, Gabriel Basso, and Ema Horvath among others. The script is written by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland.
