What a Wonderful Family

A husband and his wife has been married for more than fifty years. In her birthday, the man played by Isao Hashizume asks his wife, played by Kazuko yoshiyuki, what does she want as her birthday gift and, for his surprise, he ask him as a present that she wants the divorce. The divorce announce of the wife makes the entire family fall into chaos. Their children start having panic attacks when they discover the news. Amid the sudden tumult that their lives put on, each member of the family will start to show with different manners with the surprising news. This is the new movie of Yôji Yamada, de director who repeats with the cast and characters of the movie 'Tokio Family' that was released in 2013.
