Saga Gremlins

The 'Gremlins' franchise consists of two movies produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Joe Dante. Both were release at the end of the eighties. The franchise depicts a small new animal, the Gremlins, which transform into horrific creatures if they are fed after midnight. Gizmo is one of them and the main character of the movies. Commercial success and quite well received by the critics, the first movie contains a darker humor than the lighter second one. A sequel is in development since 2013. The franchised has raised more than 200 million dollars worldwide.
