Sinopsis
'I Love LA' is an original American series from HBO, a generational comedy about a group of friends navigating life and love in Los Angeles.
The story follows Maia, an ambitious young woman working at a talent agency, and her friendship with Tallulah, an old college friend, now turned into a successful influencer.
Maia tries to climb the professional ladder while dealing with the chaos in her friend and client's life, creating a very tense and often competitive dynamic between them.
'I Love LA' explores toxic friendship, relationships, and the complicated process of growing up in today's society, through a group of friends who reunite after some time, while learning to navigate life, work, and love.
The series is created and starred by Rachel Sennott ('Bottoms', 'Shiva Baby'), who is also the executive producer, alongside Emma Barrie, Aida Rodgers, Max Silvestri, and Lorene Scafaria. The directors of the show are Sennott herself, Lorene Scafaria, Bill Benz, and Kevin Bray.
