Anna's Life

Anna is a young single mother living in Georgia along with her son with autism. Due to her economic situation, she's forced to have several works at the same time, although her standard of life does not manage to touch the one of well-being. For that reason, she decides to move with her small son to the United States, in search of a better future. But it does not have it easy; she willl have to use an illegal visa to travel, risking to go a jail time. With a style and a very realistic narrative, 'Anna's Life' transmits to perfection the feelings of a woman in this situation, who struggles every day to get ahead. The film was written and directed by Georgian director Nino Basilia, and starring Ekaterine Demetradze, Lasha Murjikneli and Lili Okroshidze.
