When Jule (Mal Emde) gets pregnant, she decides to get in her van aimed to Portugal, where her boyfriend Álex lives so she can tell him the news in person. While she is going through Europe, Jan (Anton Spieker) will appear in her way. Jan is hitchhiking towards Europe to be able to finally meet his biological father. The times together during the journey and the several experiences they live on the road soon will create an intimacy between both youngsters that will turn their individual goals into the adventure of their lives.

A film directed by Hans Weingartner ('The Edukators') who gets inspired by 'Before Sunrise' (Richard Linklater, 1994), where he worked as an production assistant and after which he was so fascinated that he decides to ma ke his own version.
