A Good American

After the Cold War, the NSA (National Security Agency US) begins to develop an innovative surveillance program which could pick up any electronic signal filter through objectives and provide real-time results. However, they decide to abandon the project in late Augusta 2001, three weeks before the attacks of 11-S, because it is too cheap. After the terrorist attack, the project was resumed in early 2002, and almost instantly the terrorists were found. The NSA then returns to stop the project without making any explanation.

Some years later this documentary directed by Friedrich Moser rescues the question that people already made years before. The September 11th attacks could have been avoided?
