Acuarela's reviews

Cinemanía
A carefree man fell in love with a blind woman who's apparently sensible and helpless. Their story starts crooked but it gets better, of course!. A romantic improbable and irregular fable.

Emma (Valeria Golino) is blind and is also pretty. She's sweet, sensitive, solidarity and self-sacrificing. In brief, its only defect is to be blind. That is to say, that almost perfection extends to all blinds. Selfish, superficiality and hypocrisy are only for not eye problem people. But maybe the worst part is that Emma's blindness it's the only different thing from another histories.

The best part: Valeria Golino's spontaneity. The worst part: proposal's conventionalism. The consequence is a simple colorful tale; 'Acuarela' is a senses' oda. Unfortunately, the film is as lovely as overused.
