The story rarely flows because of the mise-en-scène, with too many contrivances and without confidence in the full comedy of the general plan.

'Under the Same Roof' does not end up finding its place. The film has rhythm problems and at times, it makes unfortunately jokes... and worst, without much charm.

It's not easy to watch this movie from the right place because it show with enormous lightness a dramatic reality. Everything is macerated without lemon so that it doesn't sting the look and hold by the main charming couple.

The result is a too forced comedy with lack of fluency and glint. The jokes aren't pitifully up to the circumstances despites the cast is formed by two brilliant actors: Silvia Abril and Jordi Sánchez.
