Belleville Cop

Baaba is a very reckless police who lives in Paris with his girlfriend, where he also works. One day he finds out the ilegal businesses of a drug dealer band and tries to advise the police, but the criminals take revenge by murdering Roland, a friend form his childhood who lives in Miami.

Baaba the will move to the American city to investigate the murder. To do that, he will infiltrate in the French consulate in Paris, taking the position Roland has left. His plan also includes to ally with Ricardo, a bit peculiar local police he will get along with in his way to solve the crime.

Starring Omar Sy and Luis Guzman, Rachid Bouchareb directs this action comedy, 'budy movie' inspired by the classic from the Eighties '48 Hrs'.
