Murder by the Coast

The Wanninkhof-Carabantes case shocked Spain, and now becomes a documentary feature for Netflix directed by Tània Balló. Rocío Wanninkhof disappeared in October 1999 after visiting her boyfriend. She was 19 years old. Her disappearance started an investigation and trial that will be analyzed in this film, that will also show how the case affected the conversation in the media and the country's politics.
