Climax

In the mid-1990s, 20 urban dancers will gather for a three-day rehearsal at a closed boarding school located in the heart of a forest to share a final dance. The party revolves around a large bowl of sangria. The atmosphere becomes saturated and a strange madness will take hold of them throughout the night. Everything indicates that they have been drugged, but they do not know who or why. Soon they will fall into a dangerous state, numbed by the hypnotic and the growing electric rhythm of the music. While some feel in paradise, most of them plunge into the depths of hell. The french director Gaspar Noé ('Irreversible') directs this movie starring Sofia Boutella, Romain Guillermic and Souheila Yacoub.
