Plot
David Hockney is one of the most important English artists from the last century. Painter, photographer, designer... This Scottish was one of the most important examples of the United Kingdom's pop art, and up to this day he is still considered to be one of the most popular artists in the country. Documentary 'David Hockney at the Royal Academy of Arts' celebrates Hockney's eighty years of life in a journey through two of his last exhibits at London's Royal Academy of Arts. The artist held exhibitions there in 2012 and 2016, and we have access to his work, besides attending an interesting outlook behind the genius in various in-depth interviews. The film is helmed by Phil Grabsky, who directed 'The Boy Mir' and 'In Search of Mozart'.
