Plot
The Emperor's lieutenant, Master Shen, has gathered six of the Dragon Balls to use in his plot to usurp the throne. However, Bulma, Oolong and company are also after the Dragon Balls so Bulma can wish for a boyfriend. Bora and his son Upa obtain the seventh Dragon Ball and vow to keep the powerful object from the evil Shen.
