Plot
Félicité (Véro Tshanda Beya Mputu) is a proud and independent singer from Congo Democratic Republic who needs to get money desperately when her 14 years old son Samo (Gaetan Claudia) has a nasty motor-cycle accident. She needs to earn enough money in order to pay for Samo's surgery and save him and for that she sets out on a breakneck race through the electric streets of the city of Kinshasa, CDR Capital City. Through the music and dreams she will meet Tabu, a local mechanic with alcohol problems but with a soft spot for Félicité. 'Félicité' is the movie preselected by Senegal to represent the country in 2019 Oscars and in 2017 Berlin International Film Festival it won the Grand Jury Prize.
