'First Ladies' is a movie for the streaming platform Netflix in which it will follow the first female president of the United States and her wife.
Jennifer Aniston has been confirmed as the main character of this story and Tig Notaro will play her wife, the First Lady. The tagline of the story says like this: "When Beverly and Kasey Nicholson move into the White House, they?ll prove that behind every great woman? is another great woman".
'First Ladies' is written by the comedian Tig Notaro and her wife, Stephanie Allynne. The both of them collaborated before in the Amazon Prime show 'One Mississippi'. As producer they will be Notaro herself, Allynne and a few famous names such as Jennifer Anniston, Adam McKay and Will Ferrell. Also they will be implicated as producers Jessica Elbaum ('Bachlorette') and the veteran collaborator of Notaro Betsy Koch ('Tig Notaro: Boyish Girl Interrupted').
This is not the first time that Jennifer Aniston and Tig Notaro work with the streaming platform Netflix. Aniston starred in the movie 'Murder Mystery' along Adam Sandler. ON her behalf, Notaro has a comedy special called 'Tig Notaro Happy To Be Here'.
Even though it was rumoured that this movie would be released during 2019, Its release date is yet to be known.
