Goodbye, Don Glees!

Roma is a boy who lives in a rural town a little far from Tokyo where he doesn't quite fit in. Together with Toto, another outcast, he forms the "Don Glees" group. The two of them strike up a strong friendship and hope that their relationship will remain the same even if they separate, since Toto is going to Tokyo to study high school. Then they meet Drop, and during the summer vacation of their first year of high school, Roma and his friends are forced to search for a missing drone to prove their innocence when they are accused of starting a forest fire. The little summer adventure soon turns into a great odyssey that will change their lives forever.

'¡Hasta siempre, Don Glees!' is a Japanese animated film directed and written for the screen by Atsuko Ishizuka. It is a production of Madhouse, responsible for the anime series 'Hunter x Hunter' and 'Death Note'. SelectaVision is in charge of its distribution in Spain.

On the other hand, the film features the original voices of Natsuki Hanae, Yûki Kaji, Kana Hanazawa and Ayumu Murase.

¡Hasta siempre, Don Glees!' has been nominated for Best Film at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in France, one of the most important animation festivals in France and Europe.

As a fun fact, the film already has a manga adaptation.
