It has been thirty years since Happy Gilmore surprised the golf world with his unorthodox style and indomitable spirit. Now, retired from professional competition, Happy leads a quiet life with his family, away from the spotlight and the crowds. Although his character remains impulsive and his sense of humor intact, his main concern is no longer making birdies, but raising his teenage daughter, Emily, a talented young woman who dreams of studying ballet at a prestigious performing arts academy in New York.

However, the high cost of tuition threatens to derail Emily's artistic future. Burdened by the financial situation and determined not to let his daughter's dreams fade away, Happy is forced to consider the only option that can still offer her a real chance: returning to the golf course. With more years behind him but the same fighting spirit, he decides to compete in a new tournament that offers a million-dollar prize.

In his comeback, Happy must face not only a new generation of technically flawless golfers but also his own ghosts from the past and a sports world that has changed radically. With the help of old allies and facing familiar - and not so friendly - faces, Happy will have to rediscover with his family what it truly means to win.
