At thirty years old, Jenifer begins to inquire about her origins, only aware that her adoption in Spain is related to the tragedy of Armero, caused by the Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Colombia, and that there is a possibility that her mother is still alive.

Her deep concern to understand the reason why her mother gave her up for adoption, along with these clues, leads her to start an investigation that takes her to her homeland, where she meets different people who help her decipher her past.

Throughout this journey, she will uncover family secrets, culminating when, by chance, she meets someone who would change her reality forever.

Jenifer de la Rosa Martín directs and stars in this film, which has become a self-portrait and an ode to memory and the longing for belonging.
