Le fils de Jean

Mathieu is a thirty-year-old man who does not know who his parents are. One morning, a phone call informs him that his parents were from Canada and are dead. At that time Mathieu also discovers he has two brothers and decides to go to the funeral to meet them. However, when it comes to Montreal nothing happens as he would have liked. No one seems to be aware of its existence and neither seem to be the work of knowing. Mathieu thus faces the difficult situation to establish a relationship with his family.

This family drama is directed by Frenchman Philippe Lioret ('Welcome') and the characters are performed by Pierre Deladonchamps ('Stranger by the Lake'), Gabriel Arcand ('The Auction') and Catherine Léan among others.
