Leading Lady

Jodi Rutherford (Katie McGrath) is an aspiring actress, idealistic and persuasive, that manages to convince Kobus Willemse (Bok van Blerk), a cynical South African farmer, that prepares her for a role: that of Afrikaner hero during the war. In return, she agrees to direct the annual concert held in the farm Willemse. Once in South Africa, Jodi interact with the natives, soaking up their habits and customs, and establish an intimate relationship with the stubborn Kobus.
