The Kiowa tribe kidnapped her ten years ago, so she was educated as an indigenous. Captain Jefferson Kyle Kidd gets in charge of her and promises her that he will take her to her family. They have a lot of miles ahead full of dangers that will test the two of them and change them forever. 'News of the World' is an adaptation of the novel by Paulette Jiles. The film is written by Paul Greengrass and Luke Davies. The director explains that it's a story about two people who are lost and that want to find a "home". It's a "redemption journey". 'News of the World' completes its cast with Elizabeth Marvel, Michael Jovino, Mare Winningham, Neil Sandilands, Thomas Francis Murphy, Chukwudi Iwuji Tom Astor, Jeffrey Ware, Chris Bylsma, Michael Angelo Covino and Christopher Hagen. The film will open in cinemas the next Christmas season.
