NG83 When We Were B Boys

This documentary, which is directed by Sam Derby-Cooper and Claude Knight, is focused in five break dancers who began practicing this iconic style during their youth at the beginning of the 80s and how this hobby helped them to evade themselves of the boring life of the cities which are full of council estates. Although they stop practicing that style when they were older, the essence of that dance style is still in them, so they have the lema "once a B Boy, always a B Boy". An unexpected event will make that the main characters have the opportunity of recapture their past.

This documentary is made of archive images who were forgotten.The filmmakers want to shine the light to this era in British youth culture.
