No One Writes to the Colonel

Fernando Luján, Marisa Paredes and Salma Hayek star in 'No One Writes to the Colonel', an adaptation of the famous Gabriel García Márquez novel. The story centers in a colonel who, each Friday, dresses up with his best suit and goes down to the docks to wait for a letter, a very important one, the one that will announce that he has won a retirement pay. Everyone in town know that he will never get the letter, even his wife knows it, maybe even he knows it too, but he prefers to ignore it and keep on going to the docks each Friday.
