North v South

'North v South' is neither more nor less, than a very free adaptation of 'Romeo and Juliet', set in the present. Two hapless lovers, Terry and Willow (Elliott Tittensor and Charlotte Hope), each belonging to antagonistic gang, put aside their hatred towards indigenous groups love. As the two gangs approaching each other and menacingly, lovers should strive to hide their relationship or face imminent war would cause their secret marriage. Gangs have for leaders Vic Clarke (Steven Berkoff) and John Claridge (Bernard Hill), which made a spectacular interpretative work (as the rest of the cast).

'North v South' is the second feature film by Steven Nesbit, after a disturbing debut with 'Curio' (2010).
