Oru Vadakkan Selfie

Umesh (Nivin Pauly) is a Careless engineering student, who has 42 subjects to clear. His close pals are Shaji (Aju Varghese) and Thankaprasad (Neeraj Madhav). Wanting to find a quick way to money and fame he decides to try his hand in movies and plans to meet renowned director Goutham Menon. As a first step they make a short movie and that camera goes with the water due to their carelessness. Now unable to face the questions from the family Umesh onboards train to Chennai in which his new unilateral sweet heart Daisy is also travelling. To shine, he takes a selfie with her without her knowledge and sends to Shaji after which he loses his cell that he remains unconnected with his friends or family. However when he returns home, a surprising shock awaits him, which makes the duo, Shaji and Umesh on-baord train to Chennai.
