Plot
Directors of the acclaimed 'A Cat in Paris', Jean-Loup Felicioli and Alain Gagnol realise their new film: 'Phantom Boy', an animated film of neo-noir style. After being nominated for an Oscar in 2011, an award which also were nominated 'Chico & Rita', 'Kung Fu Panda 2', 'Puss in Boots' and the winning 'Rango' Felicioli and Gagnol venture into the streets Big Apple to show the life of Leo, a boy of 11 who has extraordinary power. Next to the little one will be Alex, a police officer chasing a dangerous gangster who seeks to spread chaos in New York with a computer virus. Both joined their forces to save the city of disorder, but time plays against because you only have 24 hours to defeat the evil mafia.
